In reflection the past few days I have been reminded of how much God loves me.
When I think about where He brought me from to where I am today, I get overjoyed.
He reminded me, He has a purpose and a plan for me.
I came to realize that I had to endure a season of change and growth.
He had to work on Denise to get her to the place He needed her to be.
I honestly thought when that season was done the next one would be an easy season. I was oh so wrong.
Even though I was fully surrendered and walking in His path I honestly wasn\u2019t prepared for the season I am walking through.
I can assure it is not an easy road, yet I can assure you it is so worth it.
God prepares us for the next step even when we don\u2019t know what that step will be. My heart is stirring and I am just waiting for direction. I have worked through some hurt, doubt but I am learning in the waiting is when He speaks and molds us. This season has been uncertain and unsettling yet I have a peace in my soul. I am so thankful that He isn\u2019t done with me.
Sometimes we walk a road where we feel completely alone and disconnected – this is a hard road. This road I have had to lean on Jesus for everything. I believe this season is one that was needed to take me from being comfortable to being hungry.
Maybe you feel like you have been in a season of waiting and that it\u2019s not ever going to end or change. God promises He will never leave us or forsake us.
So He is there in the waiting.
Many times He is waiting for us to say yes.
The word wait appears 154 times in the Bible so I would say this is a very important step in our growth and many times in the world we live in everything is so instant we don\u2019t know how to wait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Psalms 27
David – 1-2 He waited by trusting the Lord
3 – he was confident in God
4-6 he sought God is worship
7-14 – he prayed<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So when we are waiting
Trust
Stand Firm
Worship
Pray<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I believe breakthrough is happening right now in the Spirit. As I am typing these words. The Holy Spirit is saying don\u2019t give up. Don\u2019t quit. God said I heard you but the enemy has been battling every step because this break through is leading you to the promise. The enemy is trying to get you to create an Ishmael and not wait for the child of promise. Hold on don\u2019t try in the flesh to figure it out. When it comes forth it will not make any sense in the natural because it\u2019s a supernatural promise.
