{"id":778,"date":"2023-12-06T21:43:23","date_gmt":"2023-12-06T21:43:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/relentlesswomenoffaith.com\/?p=778"},"modified":"2023-12-06T21:43:25","modified_gmt":"2023-12-06T21:43:25","slug":"on-the-sixth-day-of-christmas-jesus-gave-to-me-the-word-of-god","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/relentlesswomenoffaith.com\/?p=778","title":{"rendered":"On the Sixth day of Christmas, Jesus gave to me the Word of God"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todays gift is the Word of God<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">God\u2019s Word is our guide and the light we need to walk in the path that, He has laid before us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">God\u2019s Word is a weapon to destroy and defeat the enemy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How can you go to battle if you never open the pages and read it?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Word of God was inspired by God. He spoke and they wrote what He was saying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I felt a conviction this morning. I read my chapters and I pray, yet I don\u2019t study the Word like I should. I have been so busy with life that I haven\u2019t set aside time to just dig in and dissect the Word everyday like I should.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We need God in every moment of every day. So why don\u2019t we spend time with the Lord?<br>My thoughts are because we live in a distracted world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am making a determination and a declaration that I am going to be so much more diligent in my study of the Word. Studying the Word keeps us grounded so we aren\u2019t swayed by every crazy teaching that comes around.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is such a precious gift that is at our fingertips and we neglect it so much.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lord help us to appreciate this gift you have given us, help us not take it for granted. Help us remember it is our guide to follow. Let us use it when we have to battle the enemy in the name of Jesus.<br>When we speak the Word it activates heaven in our favor. The enemy has to run and flee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Psalms 119:105<br>Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hebrews 4:12<br>For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 Timothy 3:16 NLT<br>All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives.
