Daniel 4
Is about Nebuchadnezzar he had a dream and ask for interpretation. He has all his wise men try to give the meaning but then he asked Daniel. Daniel had proven himself true and trust worthy.
Daniel prayed and asked God for the meaning.
Basically he told him he would lose his mind and do crazy things because he refused to believe in God. After a season these things happened. He no longer acted like a man but like a wild animal. God gave him many chances he refused to listen.
Yet there was hope God said after a time his mind would be restored. This happened after he looked his eyes toward heaven.
34 At the end of that time, I, Nebuchadnezzar, raised my eyes toward heaven, and my sanity was restored. Then I praised the Most High; I honored and glorified him who lives forever.
His dominion is an eternal dominion;his kingdom endures from generation to generation.
35 All the peoples of the earth
are regarded as nothing.
He does as he pleases
with the powers of heaven
and the peoples of the earth.
No one can hold back his hand
or say to him: “What have you done?”
His mind was restored
We are living in a time where our minds never turn off. Many of us feel like we are losing our minds. We can’t focus our pressure is mounting. We try to focus on fixing the problems ourselves. If we just lift our eyes to the Lord he will restore our minds. He wants our mind to be at peace.
Today what ever burdens you are weighing you down turn them over to your Heavenly Father.
Maybe your in a valley of decision, maybe your broken into a million pieces, maybe you have lost all hope, maybe your full of pride and think you have the answer you don’t think you need God. Let me just say we all need God, He will do whatever it takes to get our attention especially when we are disobedient. Today allow Him to calm your mind and your soul. Be set free.
