I love this passage
One day one moment in the presence of God is better than a lifetime spent elsewhere.
Money will never satisfy like His presence.
Things will never make you happy when you’re lacking His presence.
God doesn’t withhold any good thing from those who walk with Him.
The presence of God brings peace, joy, love, hope and it changes the atmosphere. You don’t have to wait for a church service to experience the presence of God you can experience in prayer and worship at home. Those times of preparation at home prepare you for the corporate worship we gather together to have. If you come empty you won’t have any oil to spill over onto others. If you go full your oil will spill and spread to those around you who need a touch. Those who have been in the battle of their life.
The one thing I know no matter what I have done in this life the only thing that satisfies is the presence of God.
Psalms 84:10-11
For a day in Your courts is better than a thousand [anywhere else];
I would rather stand [as a doorkeeper] at the threshold of the house of my God
Than to live [at ease] in the tents of wickedness.
11 For the Lord God is a sun and shield;The Lord bestows grace and favor and honor;No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly.
