Day 8 – Biscuits and Gravy

Day 8 – Biscuits and Gravy

Getting satisfied is dangerous, because we stop longing and desiring His presence.

John 16-7-8 – The Holy Spirit convicts us of our sin.
I Corinthians 3:16- The Holy Spirit dwells in and fills us
I Corinthians 2:10-11 – The Holy Spirit is our source of wisdom, power and revelation
I Corinthians 12:7-11 – The Holy Spirit gives gifts to the believers
Ephesians 1:13- The Holy Spirit is our seal of adoption into God’s family
Romans 8:10-11 The Holy Spirit makes all things new
Galatians 5:16-21- The Holy Spirit enables us to bear good fruit in our life.

What exactly do you need the Holy Spirit for, well basically everything, every moment, every step? You want to live a life that is victorious? Then allow the Holy Spirit to dwell in you.

Like a good southern family breakfast is not complete without some good hot homemade biscuits, we are not complete without this wonderful gift working in our life.

How can you allow the Holy Spirit to work in your life?

What is keeping you from a complete and total surrender?

What are you holding onto from your old life that you have to let go of?

What battle are you facing that you need to allow Him to be your strength?

What comfort do you need?

What gifts of the Spirit are working in your life?

What fruit are you producing?

What are you going to do about it?

My suggestion is to learn that we fight every battle on our knees, not in our own strength but in the power of his might. Don’t let the enemy steal anything from you. Get Gods fresh daily Hot Biscuits and Gravy flowing in your life.
