Nobody wants to experience the pruning of their heart⦠but in our Christian walk, it is necessary to go through the Refinerās fire.
None of us want to be tried by fire. We donāt want to feel the pain of cleansingābut it is necessary. We cannot become who we are meant to be in Christ without going through it.
⨠When we are refined, God removes the junk from our lives.
And letās be honest⦠sometimes we donāt want to let go of whatās comfortable or predictable.
Our flesh clings to things like:
ā Sin
ā Unforgiveness
ā Compromise
ā Past hurt
We get comfortable staying stuck instead of growing.
But if youāre in this season, I encourage you:
š Run to your secret place
š Prepare your heart for Jesus
š God is coming back for a holy brideāa bride who allows Him to refine her.
š„ Every believer will go through the fire at some point.
But hereās the promise: there is victory on the other side.
Too often, we let the fire knock us out of the raceā¦
But trials are not meant to destroy youāthey are meant to grow you š±
š Whatever youāre facing, remember this:
Your Father loves you.
He is fighting for you.
Just like silver and goldā
š„ when they go through the fire, they come out pure and shining āØ
So todayā¦
š§” Let God remove the junk
š§” Make room for Him in your heart
š Malachi 3:3
āHe will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver; He will purify the sons of Levi and refine them like gold and silver. Then they will present offerings to the Lord in righteousness.ā
š Zechariah 13:9
āI will bring them through the fire; I will refine them like silver and test them like gold. They will call on my name, and I will answer themā¦ā
š„ Stay in the fire⦠your refinement is producing something beautiful.
