When we go through the refining process, God begins to remove the things in our lives that don’t belong. And many times, it’s a painful process because our flesh wants to HOLD ON to the very things God is trying to remove! 😭🔥
💔 We get comfortable with sin.
💔 We get comfortable with unforgiveness.
💔 We allow compromise to run free in our hearts and lives.
💔 We hold on to past hurts instead of allowing God to heal us.
And before we know it, we become STUCK! We stop growing, stop moving forward, and settle for a life that God never intended us to live. 😔
🔥 BUT GOD DIDN’T SAVE US SO WE COULD STAY THE SAME! 🔥
God is preparing a bride who is HOLY! 👰♀️✨ A bride who is willing to surrender, submit, and allow Him to refine her heart.
Every Christian will face trials and seasons of refining. But hear me today: THE FIRE IS NOT THE END OF YOUR STORY! 🙌🔥
God has promised that He will hear His people when they call upon His name! There is a purpose in the process, and there is growth on the other side of the fire. ❤️🔥
Sadly, too many times, we allow the fire to knock us out of the race. We become discouraged, bitter, angry, and defeated. We focus so much on the pain that we forget the God who is walking with us through it! 😭🙏
