Mom, Mommy, Mama what ever name you may be called.
Know that you are blessed and highly favored of God.
As you’re cleaning for the ten millionth time today remember God chose you for this role.
Remember that being a mom is a high honor. Maybe some days you feel like you aren’t doing anything for God, my friend you are so wrong. You are training the future generation. You are instructing them. You are loving and nurturing them. Enjoy the moments you have with them.
Cleaning house, feeding our family, these are acts of service unto the Lord.
Your not just a mom or a wife. You are a daughter of the most high that God appointed for this moment and this role in your life.
For those who are now caring for their mom that is a high honor. You are now caring for the hands that held you. You are now returning the love you were given. In this role you are serving and honoring the Lord.
Never despise the moments that your ministry is your family, they need you to love and nurture them.
Proverbs 31:25-31
25 She is a woman of strength and dignity and has no fear of old age. 26 When she speaks, her words are wise, and kindness is the rule for everything she says. 27 She watches carefully all that goes on throughout her household and is never lazy. 28 Her children stand and bless her; so does her husband. He praises her with these words: 29 “There are many fine women in the world, but you are the best of them all!”
30 Charm can be deceptive and beauty doesn’t last, but a woman who fears and reverences God shall be greatly praised. 31 Praise her for the many fine things she does. These good deeds of hers shall bring her honor and recognition from people of importance.
