Isaiah 54

Many years ago God gave me Isaiah 54 as a promise. It has taken me years to truly glean the meaning of this passage. These promises are words I declare over all my children. Vs 11 really spoke to my heart. God will rebuild what has been destroyed. Not only rebuild but make better than it was before. That is what Gods redemption does – it doesn’t just fix us. It makes things better than it was.

Maybe that is hard to see in this moment, but I can assure you that God always makes things better than He found them.

I am living proof. Vs 12-17 Vs 15 He says great will be the peace of my children. I pray this daily over all of them. They don’t have to worry or stress. They don’t have to live with anxieties or fear. I declare this promise over them. I am so tired of the enemy attacking this generation. Fear has such a hold and it has to be broken in Jesus name.

Anxiety has no place. These past few years the enemy has blinded a generation by fear and worry. God is more powerful than any fear we just have to speak and declare this in Jesus name.

Even when people attack you they won’t destroy you. God didn’t say we wouldn’t face attacks He just promised they wouldn’t destroy us.

He also promised our enemy will surrender to us. One thing I am reminded of daily is I’m not fighting people, this battle is spiritual in nature. The enemy does not want us to realize the power that lives in us. The power that happens when we speak the name of Jesus. I dare you to begin to speak that name right now. At the name of Jesus sickness leaves. At the name of Jesus demons flee. At the name of Jesus fear leaves. When you don’t know what to say just simply say Jesus. Vs 17 declares that no weapon formed will prosper. Remember the enemy will form a weapon and He will seek to destroy you but it won’t happen because God promised He would fight our battles for us. God is so faithful. He restores what the devil steals from us. He makes all things new. The enemy may have robbed you of your joy or peace. You may have faced disappointment and feel like God failed you. God never fails He is working behind the scene. He is making a way where there is no way. When we are in the battle we get tired. We get weary but He gave us a hope if you wait in His presence our strength will be renewed. Allow him to renew you today. Be encouraged that you are not walking alone. He is holding us. We do not have to fear anything going on in this world. God protects us. He keeps us. He provides for us. God is our protector, defender, our peace, our covering, our shield.
