Fruit Killers – Day 3

Our next fruit killer is worry.

We don’t have peace. We surround ourselves with so much negativity sometimes peace can’t be felt. We worry about everything.

When we are to cast our cares on Jesus.

Peace doesn’t mean you won’t have any problems it simply means that you trust God to handle the situation.

Peace is so needed these days. I know life isn’t perfect and many times worry steals our peace. Worry is the fruit killer of peace. I know as humans worry and fret seem to be how we handle difficult situations. Here’s the truth: these worries and cares aren’t ours to bare.

God takes all of our worries and throws them far away. Trusting God to take care of you and your family is the only peace we have.

God gives us a promise in Isaiah 54 that great will be the peace of my children. I speak this over my children everyday. We have to speak hope and life over our children. Show them a life of faith by trusting in Jesus. God is bigger than your problems. He has more than enough to provide every need you have. Whatever storm you’re facing, remember He speaks to the storm and tells it to sit down and shut up. Don’t let the devil rob you of one more night of peace. Cast all your cares of Jesus and leave them there because He cares for you.

3. “For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.” — Romans 8:6

4. “For God is not the author of confusion but of peace.” — 1 Corinthians 14:33
