Ears

My child will hear the Word of the Lord and my child will never depart from it all the days of his life.

Let my children and grandchildren have ears to hear your voice. Lord drown out the noise of the World.

Isaiah 30:1 NIV
[1] “Woe to the obstinate children,” declares the Lord, “to those who carry out plans that are not mine, forming an alliance, but not by my Spirit, heaping sin upon sin;

Our plans should never be contrary to God’s plan and His word. Listen for His voice let Him guide you.

Isaiah 30:2 NIV
[2] who go down to Egypt without consulting me; who look for help to Pharaoh’s protection, to Egypt’s shade for refuge.

We cannot put our trust in pharaoh and his provision and look back or rely on Egypt because that was our place of bondage.

We have to let our children hear us crying out and trusting in God as our provider.

Isaiah 30:21 NIV
[21] Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “This is the way; walk in it.”

You will hear with your own ears which way to go every step will have guidance we just have to be listening.

Ears are how we hear if we never stop long enough to listen. We will not ever hear the still small voice of the Lord.
