Eyes
My children’s eyes will be open to understand the way of the Lord. My children’s eyes will not lead them to sin but they will be enlightened by Christ.
Lord, open our eyes to see you even when we’re in darkness. Let the light of your glory shine down to expose the darkness that tries to hide.
Lord, let your light guide our steps. I know at times the light is dim and shines only right in front of us but let us trust you and step by faith each step we take.
Lord as you open our eyes let our hearts be ready to receive what you desire to teach us.
Jesus died to save a lost and broke world. We have to let the love of Jesus shine bright through us so that the lost around us will see Jesus and experience His love.
Help me to be the example that my children need so that the Love of Jesus shines through their lives.

[18] I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people,
Acts 26:18 NIV- to open their eyes and turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, so that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me.’
