Guess what, here’s a ray of hope for those who mess up after an experience with God. When
Moses came down from the mountain, he got mad and threw the tablets down because the
people weren’t listening and were acting a fool.
So even when you lose it, and fall apart get back up on that mountain with God and experience
His presence.
Romans 8:37-39 NLT
[37] No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us. [38] And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. [39] No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Pearls are so firm, strong, and compact, that fire cannot consume them, nor ordinary strength
break them.
1 Peter 5:10 NLT
[10] In his kindness God called you to share in his eternal glory by means of Christ Jesus. So after you have suffered a little while, he will restore, support, and strengthen you, and he will place you on a firm foundation.
Psalms 66:10-12 NLT
[10] You have tested us, O God; you have purified us like silver. [11] You captured us in your net and laid the burden of slavery on our backs. [12] Then you put a leader over us. We went through fire and flood, but you brought us to a place of great abundance.
Zechariah 13:9 NLT
[9] I will bring that group through the fire and make them pure. I will refine them like silver and purify them like gold. They will call on my name, and I will answer them. I will say, ‘These are my people,’ and they will say, ‘The Lord is our God.’”
1 Peter 1:7 NLT
[7] These trials will show that your faith is genuine. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold—though your faith is far more precious than mere gold. So when your faith remains strong through many trials, it will bring you much praise and glory and honor on the day when Jesus Christ is revealed to the whole world.
Isaiah 48:10 NLT
[10] I have refined you, but not as silver is refined. Rather, I have refined you in the furnace of suffering.
Refining us and allowing us to go through the fire is part of making us new. God is molding us to be the woman He desires us to be.
Whatever the journey, or struggle God wants the very best for you.
We are so much more valuable to God than a pearl.
