🌊 When You Say “Yes, Lord” 🌊
I’ve come to realize that when we say “Yes, Lord” and begin to obey His directions, the enemy comes in like a flood. 💨
That’s often how we know we’re heading in the right direction.
💔 Life is just hard sometimes.
Sometimes we get hit on every side.
We get overwhelmed.
We don’t understand why people say things that hurt us.
We even question, “Lord, is this necessary?”
Today, that’s where I am. I’ve been hit on every side.
I had to pause and just breathe. 😮💨
Things have been heavy lately — my workload, my thoughts, my emotions.
But in the middle of it all, I realized maybe God is teaching me to slow down and let Him work things out. 🙌
Sometimes He has to purge things from our lives so we can become who He desires to use.
So I said,
🙏 “Father, I surrender all of this to You. I don’t understand why, but I trust You. I need You to move in this situation. Give me direction and guidance, and I trust — in Jesus’ name — that You are fixing it.”
And with that, peace came. 🕊️
I know God is in control.
He will work it out.
He will be faithful — because He always has been. 💖
Yes, I’ve had to walk through hard seasons and painful lessons,
but they’ve always worked for my good.
🌧️ Even in this storm — He is carrying me.
💪 He is holding me.
