The Lord has been speaking to me over and over about legacy.
The legacy that I come from and the legacy I am leaving behind.
The Holy Spirit has been speaking to me about my legacy. At some time in the future I will share what He has said.
As I have been hearing the Holy Spirit speak,
I have began studying the children of Israel some, the Lord has shown me over and over how their disobedience went from generation to generation. It truly makes you think. They could not be grateful for anything the Lord gave them. They would not listen to His instructions. Yet time and time again, they would cry out and He would save them.
I felt the Lord speaking this to me – He told them to drive out the people and to not follow their gods yet over and over they did. Yet this is what the church is doing today. WE are so afraid to speak truth we change our message to tickle peoples ears.
Jesus is coming back and I don’t want my seed left behind. I am not gonna stop telling them that sin is wrong and hell is hot.
I won’t sugar coat or water down the gospel.
My heart is heavy and stirring because I want my household to be ready.
Our spiritual heritage can’t die when the elders die. We have to take up that mantle of prayer and worship. It has to live on with each generation that is to come.
Gods blessings are from generation to generation.
Deuteronomy 7:9
Know therefore that the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God, who keeps covenant and mercy with them who love Him and keep His commandments to a thousand generations
