Gentleness is being kind, tender, wanting to help others even when you have been hurt. What can kill this fruit?
Being rude, thinking you’re better than others, have no compassion. Showing a hateful disposition. Thinking it’s alright to be ugly to people just because you want too.
There’s a whole world around us that is broken and hurting. These last few years have taken its toll on even the strongest.
We have been shaken to our very core. Some of us have lost everything. We have watched our nation be divided and destroyed. We have watched evil rise.
Now more than ever people need compassion and care.
When was the last time you ministered to someone in need?
There are families all around that are struggling to feed their children. Sometimes we don’t want to be bothered with other people’s problems, because we think we have it so bad or maybe because we have an attitude about the less fortunate.
I want you to just take a moment and write down what God has done for you this week? This month ? How did he sustain you during 2020? How is still sustaining you in a broken economy?
Let me know if you have nothing to be grateful for, because I assure you if you’re still breathing God has been good to you.
Be gentle with those around you. Be compassionate, be the hand and feet of Jesus. Love the sinner but hate the sin. We need to love people to Jesus. Let your actions show Jesus.
Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near.

sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.

Therefore let us stop passing judgment on one another. Instead, make up your mind not to put any stumbling block or obstacle in the way.
