God is so good and faithful
Even in the midst of chaos and pressure.
God is good.
When the world is pushing you in every direction and you are stretched to the breaking point, God is still good.
This has been a reminder to me the last few weeks. I have had to find joy in the midst of chaos and stress.
I had to pull down deep and then just breathe.
As I just sat there and breathed I realized the breath of God was breathing life into me.
The realization of this was just so powerful to me. No matter my circumstances, no matter the battle my God will take care of me.
God surrounded me with His presence and the atmosphere around me changed. Situations haven’t changed and the pressure is still on but what changed was I’m not trying to fix it, I am standing firm on the Word of God that can make mountains move.
I don’t know what mountains you are facing but I do know my God will move the mountain when we ask him too. I also know when He doesn’t move the mountain, he carries us over the mountain. Trust in His faithfulness.
His faithfulness spreads to all our generations.
Exodus 34:6-9
6 The LORD passed before him and proclaimed, “ The LORD, the LORD, a God merciful and gracious , slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness, 7 keeping steadfast love for thousands,1 forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, but who will by no means clear the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children and the children’s children, to the third and the fourth generation.” 9 For if you return to the LORD, your brothers and your children will find compassion with their captors and return to this land. For the LORD your God is gracious and merciful and will not turn away his face from you, if you return to him.”
