Joshua 1:9
Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
Joshua faced some giants, he fought some battles, but he put his trust in the one who will not fail.
Can you imagine; God telling you walk around the walls, in silence for six days. Most of us can’t be silent for six minutes.
I’m sure in his mind, Joshua said this is crazy but I’m gonna trust you God.
When they went, that 7th time, they were to let out a mighty shout of praise and when they did the walls to the city came down.
I’m telling you the Holy Spirit keeps speaking to me, that there is such warfare in prayer and praise.
This season of prayer and praise hits different for me because there are some situations that are hard to praise through. There are moments I simply have to push myself to praise instead of yell, scream or cry.
I’m telling you when I do push through in praise my situation doesn’t seem so difficult.
It is hard to praise, when all hell is breaking loose around you and the enemy knows that. He knows if he can distract your praise, you will be weak. The enemy knows if he can stop your praise that you won’t get your breakthrough.
Today I challenge you to praise down the walls of Jericho in your life. Remember the battle isn’t yours it belongs to the Lord.
Lord, I speak to every spirit of fear, anxiety, depression and sickness and command it to go in Jesus name. Lord I am asking for divine intervention today. Jesus at your name, every torment has to leave. At the mention of the name of Jesus, situations change. I speak Jesus over every broken person today, I speak Jesus over your finances, I speak Jesus over your health. I declare miracles in Jesus name
